We stock standard springs with no minimum order — you can order as few as 1 piece. For custom specifications, minimums apply and vary by complexity. Ask Springy in the bottom right corner for a quick answer, or contact us for a quote.
Yes, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account is optional but gives you access to your full order history, saved addresses, and makes reordering faster.
Yes — if you are logged in to your account, your cart is saved automatically and will be there when you come back, even across different devices. Guest carts are stored in your browser and persist until you clear your cookies.
Standard orders are delivered within 2-4 business days. We currently ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland — delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

Yes. Single-piece orders are welcome on all standard stock items. For custom springs, we can discuss a sample run — ask Springy (bottom right) or contact us with your specifications.
Your orders
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account to view your order history. If you are still unsure, contact us with your email address and we will look it up.
In-stock orders are dispatched the same day if order is placed before 2pm. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@axispring.com and we will do our best to make the change. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Yes. Contact us with your order details or a link to the items in your cart and we will issue a proforma invoice by email. This is useful if you need internal approval before paying.

Payment failures are usually caused by incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or your bank declining the transaction. Try again or use a different card. If you are paying via Billie, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Spring rate is the force required to compress the spring by 1 mm, expressed in N/mm. It is calculated as R = G·d⁴ / (8·Dm³·n), where G is the material shear modulus, d is wire diameter, Dm is mean coil diameter, and n is active coils. The Spring Calculator handles this automatically. Buckling occurs when a spring deflects sideways under load instead of compressing straight. The risk increases when the ratio of free length to mean diameter (L0 / Dm) exceeds about 2.6. The Spring Calculator flags this automatically. If your spring is at risk, consider adding a guide rod or tube, or choosing a shorter or wider spring. Ask Springy if you are unsure.
Closed and ground ends have the last coil pressed flat against the adjacent coil, giving the spring a flat, stable bearing surface. This is the standard end type for precision applications. Open ends leave a gap and are less common in engineered assemblies.

Custom springs
Yes. We work with manufacturing partners who can produce custom wire diameters, outer diameters, free lengths, and materials. Ask Springy first — it may be able to suggest a close standard match. If not, contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote.

Lead times vary depending on complexity and quantity, but typically range from 2 to 6 weeks. Contact us early in your project for the most accurate timeline.
Returns & support
For business customers (B2B), all sales are final — we do not accept discretionary returns. Returns are only accepted where goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Consumer customers (B2C) may return standard items within 14 days under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable for all customers.
