These terms apply to all purchases made through axispring.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in SEK. Consumer prices include 25% Swedish VAT. Business customers can toggle to ex. VAT prices on product pages. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders may be placed through our webshop at axispring.com or by sending an order confirmation by email to info@axispring.com. For email orders, a written order confirmation from AxiSpring constitutes a binding agreement. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Product specifications

All springs are manufactured to DIN/EN standards as stated in the product listing. Technical specifications are provided for guidance. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that a product meets their application requirements before ordering.

Liability

AxiSpring AB's liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We accept no liability for consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by Swedish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. Consumer customers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
