How we ship

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Current shipping rates and estimated delivery times by destination are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Stock levels

Products in our catalogue display a stock indicator:

  • In stock — the item is available and will be dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Low stock — limited quantity available, order soon to avoid delays
  • Out of stock — the item is temporarily unavailable via the webshop

If an item you need is out of stock, you are welcome to contact us via the contact form at axispring.com/pages/contact. We will check availability with our supplier and provide a lead time and quote.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and duties

Shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties. Orders to Norway may be subject to Norwegian import VAT and handling fees charged by the carrier. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@axispring.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
