RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At AxiSpring, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Business customers (B2B)

All sales to business customers are final. We do not accept discretionary returns.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The goods arrive damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items were delivered due to our error

In either case, please contact us at info@axispring.com as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number and photos. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for custom-made or specially ordered springs manufactured to your specification.

Consumer customers (B2C)

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or specially ordered springs manufactured to your specification.

How to submit a return request

To request a return, send an email to info@axispring.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We will review your request and reply with next steps and return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, via the original payment method.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive damaged or defective goods, contact us immediately at info@axispring.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Disputes

Consumer customers who are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se.
